Creo que fue Stephen Covey que dice que buscar primero para comprender luego tratar de entender.
Echamos de menos el barco con demasiada frecuencia cuando se trabaja con los clientes y tratando de impulsar nuestra comprensión de dónde están y lo que quieren en lugar de tratar de comprender en primer lugar, muestra que luego entender, y luego ayudando a responder a sus preguntas y deseos.
